This is a Nushi-sama from a different shrine than the one before. Among the Seraphios Kushinada, one Nushi is said to exist for each shrine. Apparently, the role is chosen on the spot from individuals whose lower bodies have a limbless, cylindrical shape reminiscent of scaled reptiles. As a result, there are quite a few who are lazy and do not take the job very seriously.
